VISION

“The Municipality of Villanueva shall become a major Industrial Center of Misamis Oriental with a total concept of Human Development, Economic and Ecological Security.”

MISSION

“Villanueva shall be able to uplift the quality of life of its constituents through the provision of adequate socio-economic services and facilities, promotion of agro-industrial development and maintenance of ecological balance.”

GENERAL GOALS

  1. Strengthen the spiritual and value formation of the constituents.
  2. Ensure availability of livelihood opportunities for labor force.
  3. Promote a harmonious development of the environment and the industries.
  4. Promote active participation and cooperation among the people in the maintenance of peace and order and ecological balance.
  5. Ensure a holistic human resource development through the provision of basic needs, services and facilities.

    1. Management System
    2. Development Planning
    3. Local Administrative Finance
    4. Local Legislation
    5. Community Mobilization
